Salon Profile and Settings
How to update your salon's name, location, contact details, business registration info, and opening hours.
Once your salon is up and running, you can update most of its details at any time from the Edit Salon page in your admin panel.
To get there, go to your salon's Home page and click the Edit salon button in the top-right corner — it's available from any of the Home, Salon details, or Share links tabs. On the Salon details tab you can also click the small Edit link next to Location, Contact, Features, or Operating Hours to jump straight to that part of the Edit Salon page.
Edit Salon walks you through the same kind of step-by-step flow you saw during sign-up, with a progress bar and step dots at the top. You can jump between steps using ← Back and Next →, or by clicking an earlier step dot.
1. Salon name
Update your salon's display name — the name customers see everywhere.
2. Location
Update:
- Country / Region
- Address
- Postal code and Town
- Maps link (optional) — paste your Google Maps share link here. If you leave it empty, your public website automatically links to a map search for your address instead.
- Your business registration number (optional) — the exact label shown depends on your country (for example "CVR Number" in Denmark or "EIN" in the United States), and only appears once a country is selected. Once you type a number here, a toggle appears letting you show or hide it on your public website.
3. Contact
Update the Phone, Email, and Website shown to customers, plus your social media links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X). For each platform, turn it on to show its icon in your website footer, and add the link to make the icon clickable — a platform that's turned on without a link shows as a greyed-out icon.
4. Features
Turn individual features of the platform on or off. See Choosing Your Features for what each one unlocks.
5. Opening hours
Adjust your weekly schedule, day by day.
You don't have to step through to the end to save. Click Save on any step to apply your changes right away — a confirmation message appears once it's saved. Next → just moves you to the next step without saving, so use Save whenever you're ready to apply what you've changed so far.
If saving fails for any reason, an error message appears explaining what went wrong, so you can fix it and try again.
Your salon's web address and owner cannot be changed from this page. The unique address customers use to find your salon, and the owner account the salon is registered to, are locked once your salon is created — this keeps your salon's identity and billing stable and protects you from accidental changes. If you need either of these changed, please contact support.
