Sign Up and Onboarding
How to create your salon for the first time and sign in to your admin panel afterwards.
Welcome! This guide walks you through creating your salon account step by step, and signing in to manage it afterwards.
Creating your salon
Go to the salon sign-up page. You'll be guided through seven short steps, with a progress bar and a row of step dots at the top of the screen showing where you are. Before you finish, you can go back to any earlier step using the ← Back button, or by clicking an earlier step dot.
1. Salon name
Type the name customers will see — for example "The Modern Cut". As you type, a preview of your salon's web address appears underneath. It's built automatically from your salon name and becomes your salon's unique online address.
2. Owner details
Fill in:
- Full name (required) — your name as the account holder.
- Email (required) — this is the email you'll use to sign in to your admin panel later, and the address your welcome message and setup guide are sent to.
- Phone (optional) — pick your country's dial code from the dropdown next to the field, then type the rest of the number.
If you arrived at sign-up from a "no salon found" message while trying to sign in, your email is already filled in for you here.
3. Location
Fill in:
- Country / Region (required) — this also determines things like your local currency and the business registration number field you'll be asked for later, when editing your salon.
- Address (optional)
- Postal code and City (optional)
Tip: if you entered a phone number in the previous step and haven't chosen a country here yet, we may automatically guess your country from the dial code you picked.
4. Contact
You're first asked: "Same phone & email as the owner?" Choose Yes, use owner's to copy the phone and email you entered under Owner details, or No, enter new to clear the fields and type different ones.
Then fill in:
- Phone (optional)
- Email (optional)
- Website (optional) — if you leave this blank, it's automatically filled in with the web address previewed in step 1 once you move on to the next step. You can still edit it.
5. Features
Choose which parts of the platform to turn on for your salon. Website is selected by default — switch it off here if you don't want a public website yet. You can change any of these choices at any time later, so don't worry about getting it perfect now. See Choosing Your Features for what each one does.
6. Opening hours
Set an opening and closing time for each day of the week, or mark a day as closed. Sunday is closed by default; every other day defaults to 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
7. Review & launch
Check everything you entered. Each section (Salon, Owner, Location, Contact, Features, Hours) has its own Edit link that jumps you straight back to that step if something needs fixing. When it all looks right, click Launch salon.
While your salon account is being set up, you'll briefly see a progress screen. Once it's done, you'll land on a confirmation screen ("You're all set!") showing:
- Your admin panel address — shown as both a friendly name-based link and a plain ID-based link. Either one takes you to your dashboard, so it's worth bookmarking.
- A reminder to sign in using the owner email you entered.
We also send a welcome email to that address with a login link and setup guide.
From the confirmation screen, click Go to admin panel & sign in → to continue straight away, or come back later using either bookmarked link.
Signing in afterwards
Go to your admin panel's sign-in page ("Sign in to your salon") and click Sign In. You'll be taken to a secure sign-in screen to confirm who you are, then brought back to your admin panel automatically.
After signing in:
- If you own just one salon, you're taken straight to its dashboard.
- If you own more than one salon, you'll see a Choose your salon screen listing all of them — click one to open it.
- If a salon on that list is shown as Deleted (greyed out), click Restore next to it to bring it back before you can open it.
- If no salon is found for your email, you'll see a message saying so, along with a button to create a new salon under that same email right away.
Can't find a salon linked to your email? Double-check you're using the exact email address you entered as the owner during sign-up. If you still can't get in, contact support.
What's next
The first time you sign in, your Home page shows a Get started checklist with any setup steps still left, based on the features you picked — for example, adding your first service and a team member if you turned on Booking, or designing your website if you turned on Website. You can complete these right away or skip them for now and come back to the checklist later from the Home page.
