Choosing Your Features
What each toggleable salon feature does and how to turn it on or off.
Your admin panel lets you turn specific parts of the platform on or off depending on what your business needs. You manage this from the Features step on the Edit Salon page (the same step also appears during initial sign-up). Turning a feature on unlocks its own dedicated section in your admin panel's side menu; turning it off hides that section again.
Here's what each feature does:
Website
Gives your salon a public-facing website — showing your services, team, opening hours, and contact details to anyone who visits your salon's web address. Appears in your sidebar as Website.

Booking
Lets customers book appointments online. Turning this on adds a booking calendar to your admin panel (shown in the sidebar as Bookings), where you can see upcoming appointments, confirm or manage them, and assign them to staff.

Dashboard
Turns on the front-desk dashboard — a simplified screen your active staff can use at the salon to check customers in, take walk-in sales, and handle day-to-day front-desk tasks, without needing full access to your admin panel.

Membership
Lets you sell membership plans on your website — recurring plans your customers pay for on a schedule, with automatic renewal reminders and a QR code members can show at check-in.

Shop
Adds an online shop to your salon's website, so you can list and sell products (like retail hair and beauty products) directly to customers.

Analytics
Turns on a business analytics dashboard, showing you a summary of visits and activity on your salon's public website — total page views, clicks, and your most visited pages.

Loyalty
Reserves a Loyalty Program section in your sidebar for a customer loyalty and rewards program.
Loyalty Program is marked coming soon in the admin panel. Turning it on adds the section to your sidebar, but it doesn't unlock any working tools yet — there's nothing else to set up for it at the moment.
You can turn features on and off at any time — nothing is lost when you turn a feature off, so it's safe to experiment and adjust as your business grows.
